Before we open. Online ordering is not open yet, so these terms currently cover your use of the Jast Breathe website. Section 4 explains the main terms that will apply when you buy from us. Before we accept any orders, we will complete these terms with our business details, prices, payment and delivery information, and the terms that apply to your order will be available at checkout.
1. About us
This website is run under the name Jast Breathe (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our full legal business name and address will be published here before the shop opens. You can contact us at any time using our contact form.
2. Using this website
- You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing viruses or other harmful code, or interfering with how it works.
- The text, designs, images and other content on this website belong to Jast Breathe or the people who have allowed us to use them. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission.
- We may update, change or temporarily suspend the website, for example for maintenance. We will try to keep any interruption short.
- Where the website links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
3. Product information
The products on our website are part of a collection that is still being prepared. The images show the styles but are not photographs of finished products, and colours can look different on different screens. Product details, availability and prices will be confirmed before each product goes on sale, and we will show you the information you need before you place an order.
4. When ordering opens
Who can order
At launch we will deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, and prices will be shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
Prices
The price shown for each item will be the total price you pay for that item, including any taxes that apply. Any delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you pay. If we make a clear pricing mistake, we will contact you before your order is accepted, or cancel it and refund anything you have paid.
How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation, and a contract is formed at that point. If we need to refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or a stock problem, we will let you know and refund any payment you have made. We do not take backorders: if an item, size or colour is out of stock, it cannot be ordered until it is back in stock.
Payment
We plan to take card payments through Stripe. The payment options available will be shown at checkout. We will not store your full card details on our website.
Delivery
Delivery options, prices and timescales will be shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Unless we agree a different delivery date with you, we must deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
Your right to cancel
If you buy online as a consumer, you can usually cancel your order from the moment you place it until 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to cancel, how to return items and how refunds work.
If something is wrong with your order
The goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
5. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.
6. Your legal rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If anything in these terms appears to conflict with those rights, your statutory rights apply. Which part of the UK’s law governs these terms will be stated when our business details are published. This will not take away any legal protection you have where you live in the UK.
7. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a complaint, please send us a message using our contact form and we will do our best to help.
8. Changes to these terms
We will update these terms before ordering opens and whenever our services change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you place it.
